Vision

Had a conversation with Michael after our shoot yesterday. We were discussing the ins-and-outs of our shots and the delicate nature of the shoot(Anon). He made a statement that I hadn't really thought about before. 

"Sometimes an image has to be made, even if no one ever sees it."

I've been thinking about that statement a lot since yesterday. As i sit here and soak-in an image that I made of "Her" I realize how right he is. 

How the light falls on her porcelain skin. The way her long eyelashes seem to "sweep" her face when her eyes are closed. How her freckles play peek-a-boo on her cheek. Her delicate fingers laying on her shoulder make you feel warm. And oh those fly away hairs, yeah, they show you her wild side. 

This is how this image will be viewed-through my words- because this image was made for Her and only Her.
